That was when the shift began. I knew I could change my environment, but I did not know which was real and which was imagined. Finally, I became very exhausted with the exercise and lay down (somewhere) and went to sleep. When I awoke, I was here. I suppose I could go back to the beach if I wanted to badly enough, but I haven't really tried. I have been so enthralled with the sights and sounds of this new place that I have had no desire, as of yet, to leave.
"Then you view life from this apparent reality and make decisions according to that viewpoint and not according to the viewpoint of a peaceful, illumined mind and a loving heart. If you can go inside yourself to address and heal these impurities, you can regain your inherent memory of the Truth. This Truth can provide a safety beyond any illusion for it is projected from your Higher Self rather than from the fears and traumas of your childhood and ego.
